Trader Vic's at Dinah's Garden Hotel A pioneer in fusion cuisine, the world-renowned Trader Vic’s cuisine blends the flavors of Polynesia, Europe and Asia with its exotic dishes and trademark drinks. Be sure to visit the Mai Tai Lounge and sample tropical-inspired light fare and the original Mai Tai, invented by Trader Vic’s founder Vic Bergeron more than 60 years ago. The restaurant serves dinner nightly and is also available for private luncheons.
