In the evening, Chef Gerardo Naranjo elevates the experience with classic steak and seafood dishes complete with a full bar and local craft beers on tap. Dinah's Poolside Restaurant is open 7 days a week.

Rooted in the Bay Area for over 25 years, Chef Naranjo brings a stealth approach to bold flavors. A stint at the famed Mediterranean haunt, Dio Deka set the stage for almost a decade at the South Bay Favorite, Alexander’s Steakhouse. Under the tutelage of Michelin Star Chef Jeffrey Stout, Chef Gerardo incorporated Asian influences to his California inspired cuisine.
